, built on New York's
Long Island in 1973, is a well-built, easy to sail, trailerable mini-cruiser.

In fact, it's so easy to sail, I "singlehand" about 90 percent of the time while my family relaxes on the bow.

We have moved up to a larger sailboat (33 feet!), and it is now time to sell our much loved Seafarer 24.  This was our "step up" boat, from an open cockpit Rhodes 18 racing keelboat to a "pocket cruiser", and served our young family well for five seasons.  She'd be perfect for another young family looking to move up to a larger boat, or retirees looking for a solid, stable, well-equipped and easy to sail boat.

We have improved or replaced a number of systems and components over the years, and she looks good, thought there's always work to do.  She's a terrific boat at a great price, ready to bring salty (Or not. . . she'd be a great lake boat too!) summer enjoyment to her next family.
